1. Donating to the server is only recommended if you want to support it. As a thank you, we distribute rewards in form of "coins" that you can spend in our gift shop from our website: https://nosbyte.eu/shop

2. The coins that you have received by donating via PayPal or other means of payment from nosbyte.eu can not be refunded. If you have problems with items or have not received your coins, please contact an administrator, who will verify everything and will proceed with a refund via the method of payment process, or a refund of corners.

3. The donations are final and will not be refunded, the opening of a PayPal dispute or other means of payment processes goes against this policy and is illegal. Every donation you make or make confirms that you accept this policy and agree that any dispute is not lawful.

4. The opening of a PayPal dispute results in a permanent ban of all our servers. In case of dispute, PayPal will have access to the information that you agreed to our Terms of Service.

5. The coins that you receive are still owned by NosByte, you are allowed to use them in order to purchase items of our NosByte Shop.

6. All Items you purchase of our shop, are still owned by NosByte, you are allowed to use them as long as your account is not banned or limited by other reasons or sanctions.

7. If your account is banned or limited because you decided to play against the rules that are listed on our discord server or other reasons, you will also lose all privileges to use the coins or items you purchased with the account you donated with.
